Jim Harper, Director of Information Policy Studies at the Cato Institute, www.cato.org, made the effort to visit NH during the hearing in the NH Senate on HB 1582. He then appeared on "Against the Grain", on WTNK and WUVR, with Gardner Goldsmith.
