News and Sound -- FISA Court Judge Resigns, Possibly Over Concerns About Bush Administration Policy
According to the Washington Post, US District Judge James Robertson, one of the eleven judges working in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, resigned late Monday, giving no explanation.
The "Post" reports that two associates familiar with Robertson's decision explained that it was his concerns over the Bush Administration policy of conducting covert, warrantless wiretaps which inspired him to leave his post.
