Soiling the Union Jack - The UK Parliament Passes a Ban on Smoking in 'Public' Places

As described in the written post here at the Conspiracy, the British Parliament recently passed a ban on smoking in all "public" places. It is interesting to note that these "public" places do not include government prisons or the Houses of Parliament themselves; nothing like hypocrasy tied together with fascism. Just a day after the vote, Henry DeZoete, Health Research Officer for Reform Britain (www.reform.co.uk) joined Gardner Goldsmith on "Against the Grain", to discuss the government move, and the implications for the UK and the US.
