Maybe a new tax could provide subsidy money to offset the cost of the new regulation? Seems like a typical government solution.

I know, how about a tax credit for asthmatics?  Well, maybe not, since darwinists think that people like that shouldn't breed.

My brother is an asthmatic. We recently went to the pharmacy to get our respective medicines (I'm an insulin dependent diabetic), and he asked the pharmacist if he could buy a few of the remaining inhalers because he's tried the new ones, and they don't even work very well. Luckily, our pharmacist has more scruples than respect for the law, so he let him buy a bunch of them. I guess he'll keep those on hand for his really bad attacks and use the crappy ones as much as he can.

At least until we find a black market supplier. >=]
