A major car dealer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is still waiting to be reimbursed for the $1 million he's fronted to his cash-for-clunkers customers to date.  For the past two or three weeks, he's been told that he should expect his money "sometime soon."  Nice little interest-free loan he's provided Uncle Sam, wouldn't you say? I wouldn't be surprised if there are some marginal dealerships out there whose very survival is being threatened by the delays in payment from the Feds.
