In a podcast Mr. Goldsmith produced and posted not too long ago, he was talking a lot about the legal limbo that Guantanamo Bay Prisoners find themselves in.  The above link is to a wikileaks mirror, where you can check out what they say they have on all the individuals in said prison.  This is disturbing on it's face.  I may (or may not) investigate further into this matter.

I plan on spending some time this weekend browsing through the stuff.  The summary on the index page states some interesting facts such as how they use testimony from unrelible sources as reasons to detain.
