Hacker loses extradition appeal

The US Federal Government are not just interested in punitively imprisoning its own citizens or citizen's of other countries who happen to be Muslims, but for sometime now they've been trying to extradite a computer geek who suffers from Apserger's because he managed to hack into the Pentagon's mainframe looking for info on UFO's.

Now I too suffer from Asperger's so I can empathize & better understand that this guy isn't aware of things as a person with normal brain function would. To explain it simply a person suffering with Asperger's is kind of trapped with in themselves & doesn't have a proper understanding of the world around them, I'm constantly frustrated & brought to tears because I'm unable to understand how interpersonal relationships work or why people think they can have their cake & eat it politically. So I realise that Gary McKinnon was obsessed enough not fully appreciate what he was doing.

Its not like this guy sold on secrets to Iran I just think the US government are being petty & punitive.

I'm wondering why they are focusing on him rather than the fact that their network security was bad enough that he was even able to do it.
