It's worth pointing out that there is tons out there that is unconstitutional, but I'm very glad someone woke up on this one.

 

Something like 20 other states are also suing the Obama Administration, so let's hope this is a first of 20. :)

I agree. Although I don't like the process -- government halts government, but government still exists to get us later in some other way -- and I wish the judge had recognized that the feds aren't supposed to be regulating the business OWNERS either, I look at this as a tactically important move.

 

Let's hope the case, when brought to the US Stupreme Court, will be accepted and ruled on in our favor.
