Obama Achieves a First - Wins Election for US President after Openly Calling for Skirting of Constitution

Yes, "we" can, folks.

"America has come so far, we have seen so much, but there's so much more to do..."

Barack Obama has beaten the "Constitutional Scholar". What can we expect from the coming administration?

With the help of an even more powerful Democrat party in Congress, Obama plans on nationalizing the last remnants of the health care industry that aren't already under federal control.

Obama also plans on increasing taxes on oil companies, and shifting the then-stolen loot over to less productive "alt fuel" projects. These are areas in which American investors could invest NOW, but they choose not to. In the future, they will have their money taken from them to do it.

Talk radio could be struck a death blow due to the return of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine".

Unions will grow in power.

Environmental regulations will increase, to the detriment of our productivity, the very thing that allows people to voluntarily concentrate more of their free time and capital on their environment.

But how different is Obama from Bush when it comes to ideology?

George Bush and the Republicans gave us Medicare Part D, the largest and most expensive federal social program in US history, and another step towards national control of health care.

Bush and the Republicans gave us an undeclared "war", unwarranted wiretaps, CIA torture of so-called "detainees", the highest social spending in history, the fastest growing government sector in history, bailouts of cronies in the banking and lending sectors, nationalization of banks, and greater bureaucratic manipulation of local schools.

It's going to be a continuation of a theme for Obama, even as Republicans -- who long ago lost any claim they might have had for being the party of "small government" -- complain that Obama is leading the nation towards socialism and that he's breaking the Constitution.

At least Obama was once -- just once -- honest about his belief that the Constitution needs to be skirted. Sure, he'll take an oath to protect and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic, but when was the last time a US President WASN'T an enemy of the US Constitution that gives him his seat in office? Ahh yes, the cycle continues. Congratulate your friends who supported Obama. We now have an acknowledged enemy of the Constitution taking office. At least he's been honest about it, as opposed to Bush, Clinton, and most of the others over the past 140 years. -- BE SEEING YOU!
