This secret order not only runs contarary to the mechanism the US Constitution lays out for the passage of laws, it couldn't even be passed as a Constitutional law even IF Congress tried to pass it. The Constitution must be amended for Congress to pass this king of attack on the 1st, 4th, 9th, and 10th Amendments. Please spread the word about this secret Pres directive... And tell your leftie friends they need to reconcile this action with their own views on civil liberties and their support for President Obama...
