TX State Rep Files Bill to Forbid TSA Scanners in Local Airports!

It would be better to have the Rep file a bill stating that any private airport operator or priate airline operator who wishes to NOT conform to fed rules will not be prosecuted or arrested by any Texas government official, and that the government of Texas will resist with armed force any attempt by the federal government to impose it's unconstitutional rules on any airline or airport in Texas, but this is a nice touch.

By the way, as stated in our forum, there is already Supreme Court precedent labeling "unconstitutional" previous attempts by the feds to set apriori requirements that federal housing recipients must give up their constitutionally protected rights against unwarranted searches. The case stemmed from the attempt by the feds to make people agree to no-nock searches for drugs in their federally subsidized apartments. Airports are not only analogous, but even more off limits, since many of the airports are PRIVATELY OWNED.
